Terms & Conditions

• “QR4Keeps,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to QR4Keeps, the provider of custom video-linked QR stickers and interactive photo cards.
• “You” or “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that purchases products or uses services from QR4Keeps.
• “Products” means Memory Link Stickers and Interactive Photo Cards, whether downloadable files or printed goods.
• “Services” include creation of QR codes, video hosting, order processing, and customer support.
• “Lifetime Hosting” means video links remain active for a minimum of ten (10) years from the date of order fulfillment.

2.1. Order Placement

• Orders are placed through our website via “Design Your Sticker,” “Create Your Card,” or similar buttons.
• You must upload valid photo (JPG/PNG) and video (MP4/MOV) files that comply with our format and size limits (see Section 4).

2.2. Customization & Preview

• After upload, you select shape/size/finish and quantity.
• Any errors in the preview are deemed accepted once you confirm your order.

2.3. Digital Downloads vs. Printed Goods

• Digital Download: You receive a print-ready PDF link via email immediately after purchase.
• Printed Goods: We ship stickers or cards within 5–7 business days (domestic; international times vary).

3.1. Your Content

• You retain all rights to uploaded photos and videos. You grant QR4Keeps a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and host your content solely to provide the Services.

3.2. Prohibited Content

• You may not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or violates any third-party rights. QR4Keeps reserves the right to refuse or remove any content at its sole discretion.

3.3. Digital Rights Management

• QR codes link to your hosted video only; recipients may view or download the video but not edit or redistribute it.

• Photo Files: JPG or PNG; minimum 1200 × 1800 px recommended.
• Video Files: MP4 or MOV; maximum 500 MB; up to 3 minutes duration.
• Sticker Shapes & Sizes: Round (1.5″), Square (2″), Rectangle (2″ × 3″)
• Card Sizes & Orientations: 5″ × 7″ (portrait or landscape), 4″ × 6″ (landscape)
• Finishes: Cream Matte, Warm Blush Satin, Vintage Peach Gloss

5.1. Pricing

• Prices are displayed on product pages and may change at any time.
• All fees for Hosting, printing, and shipping are included in the displayed price.
• Payment Methods
• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order placement.

5.2. Taxes & Duties

• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

6.1. Digital Download

• Instant access via unique link emailed upon order confirmation. Link does not expire.

6.2. Printed Goods

• Standard shipping (5–7 business days domestic).
• Express shipping available for an additional fee.
• Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

 

7.1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel or modify an order within 1 hour of placement by emailing support@qr4keeps.com. After that, production begins and changes cannot be made.

7.2. Returns & Refunds

• Digital Downloads: Non-refundable once downloaded.
• Printed Goods: Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Contact support with photos of the defect.

 

• All QR-linked videos remain accessible for years.
• In the unlikely event of service discontinuation, we will notify you and offer alternatives to preserve your content.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, QR4Keeps’ total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected products.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

• QR4Keeps may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
