What is QR4Keeps?
QR4Keeps helps you connect personal video memories to photo albums, greeting cards, memory books, and keepsakes using a custom QR code. Simply scan with your phone to hear the voices, laughter, and stories behind your favorite moments.
How does it work?
Choose your design, upload your video, and place your order. Your QR code will link to your video memory so it can be scanned and watched from a phone.
Do I need an app to scan the QR code?
No. Most smartphones can scan a QR code using the regular camera. Just open the camera, point it at the QR code, and tap the link that appears.
What can I use QR4Keeps for?
QR4Keeps can be used for photo albums, scrapbooks, greeting cards, baby books, memory boxes, travel journals, recipe books, graduation gifts, wedding keepsakes, and family memories.
Is my video private?
Yes. Your QR memory link is created specifically for you and is not publicly searchable. Anyone who has access to your QR code can view the linked memory, so we recommend sharing it only with the people you would like to enjoy it.
Photos and Videos
What photo formats do you accept?
We currently accept JPG and PNG image files. For the best print quality, we recommend using high-resolution photos whenever possible - at least 1200 × 1800 pixels.
What video formats do you accept?
We accept MP4 and MOV video files, which are the most common formats created by smartphones and digital cameras.
How long can my video be?
Videos can be up to 5 minutes long. Shorter videos often create the most meaningful experience and are easy to enjoy with a quick scan.
Can I upload my own video?
Yes! Simply upload your personal video during the ordering process. Whether it's a special message, a family memory, or a milestone moment, your QR keepsake will connect directly to your video.
Orders & Keepsakes
How long will my QR keepsake work?
We currently offer one-year access and an extended access option. The access period for your keepsake will always be clearly shown before you place your order.
We also encourage customers to keep a personal backup of their original photos and videos, just as they would with any cherished family memory.
Can I order multiple keepsakes with the same video?
Yes! Once you've created your video memory, it will be available in your QR4Keeps Memory Dashboard, making it easy to reorder additional keepsakes using the same video.
If you'd like extra printed copies of the same design, you can simply reorder them without creating a new memory link.
What products do you currently offer?
QR4Keeps currently offers custom QR stickers that can be added to your own photo albums, scrapbooks, greeting cards, memory books, and other special keepsakes.

What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, we'll create your personalized QR memory link using the video you've uploaded.
If you've chosen a digital download, your QR sticker file will be emailed to you, ready to download, print, and add to your favorite photo albums, scrapbooks, greeting cards, memory books, and other special keepsakes.
If you've ordered printed stickers, they'll be carefully produced and shipped directly to you.
